I cannot say enough good things about Larry Kirkwood at UMF. After a couple of years of unsuccessfully trying to refi my loan, I had almost given up. He is straightforward to deal with and makes sure you are getting the best deal possible before moving forward. He was also proactive in checking for changes that would benefit me during the process.
